Here's an exercise to help you get out of your head. Caution: Be careful with this exercise if you have tight shoulders. Just lean forward and think in this funny position. Your unconscious will understand that you are "looking" at the problem from another perspective. A lot of blood will flow into your brain, which will also help you think better.
